Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully before using the website. accessing, browsing or using the website implies your agreement to be bound by all these terms and conditions ("agreement"). if you do not want to be bound by the terms and conditions, you must not use the website of Shubvivaha Services. • Persons of Indian descent or Indian heritage
• Persons who intend to marry persons of Indian origin
• To register as a member of Shubvivaha.com or use of this site you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (18 years or over for female and 21 years or over for male).
• If you have applied for Divorce, you may register on our website by stating "Awaiting Divorce".
• If you are a resident of any other Country, you are legally competent to marry as per the local rules applicable to your country and you shall comply with the Indian laws for marrying a person of Indian Origin

Registration

• We expect that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty in furnishing true, accurate, current, complete information and with providing recent photos of you which will help you to meet your parameters .We expect you to read the relevant column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo. You are requested not to key in details of the profile in field other than the applicable field including mentioning id's of other platforms/websites repeating your details in another fields, after filling them once in the relevant fields or others photographs. In order to serve you better if We require additional details you agree to provide it.
• If at any point of time Shubvivaha come to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Shubvivaha shall have the full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards membership fee and refuse to provide service to you thereafter.
• Shubvivaha reserves the right to block the registration of your profile on Website, if any, in the case of your contact details/links being entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered by the members in their profile.
• Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed in Website. Shubvivaha have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate profile.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session

Responsibility of Member

• You shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation with combination of alphabets, both upper and lower case and numbers.
• Using abusive language when they communicate with the other members
• Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc.
• Members are expected to be cautious of prospects who ask for favours / sexual favors, sexual favors money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don't involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.
• You are strongly advised to submit copy of your Driving License, Passport or any other Government issued identity and add a trust badge to your profile.
• You hereby agree that you shall not use the Services and the platforms to harass any member.
• Shubviavaha.com Members who Select Service hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Governing Law and Meanings

These Terms of Use are being governed by the Laws of India and meaning of words used herein in connection with the use of the said website shall bear the meaning as may be envisaged and interpreted by the Statues of India only.

Copyright and Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of Shubvivaha.com, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. You agree not to use any framing techniques to enclose any trademark or logo or other proprietary information of Shubvivaha.com; or remove, conceal or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or any credit-line or date-line on other mark or source identifier included on the Site / Service, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of all proprietary marks. The User and / or member and / or prospective Bride and / or Bridegroom shall be solely responsible and / or liable for the contents provided by them including but not limited to their photograph and / or Identity Proof and / or Address Proof and / or Employment details etc

Prohibition

Shubvivaha.com forbids you from any attempts to resell or put to commercial use any part of the Site; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of any other merchant; any renting, leasing, or otherwise transferring rights to the Site / Service; displaying the name, logo, trademark or other identifier of another person in such a manner as to give the viewer the impression that such other person is a publisher or distributor of the Service on the Site, or any data gathering or extraction tools; or any use of meta tags. You may not (whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this site.
